We just want everyone to know that at this time we are very slow in job calls and this is the reason why everyone needs to understand that there is opportunity for all of us to better our skills. In the past members were working and they had a reason for not coming in and taking a Journeymen up grade class, BUT now we have over half of our Journeymen riding the pine. The question we have to ask ourselves is what is it going to take for me to go to work? What is it going to take for my Business Rep to sell me to a contractor? What is it going to take ? I'll give you a hint  TRAINING and CERTIFICATIONS. The Training Coordinator would like to be able to utilize this training facility to it's fullest. The training wants to put upgrade classes on through out the week days instead of the weekends all the time, so if we want to be able to sell ourselves, then we need to CERTIFY ourselves.
